Hands On Assists Workshop ~ with Tessa Murray YACEP | Sat. May 24, 2025
The origins of touch in Yoga go deep and can confer so much information without using any words at all. As Yoga teachers and healers, it is important to know how your hands can help and how your hands can harm.
Tessa Murray, Jessica Nobrega and Josee Jarratt work together to provide you with a holistic approach to hands-on touch, language to use to gain consent, and how to know when an assist is appropriate. You will be given opportunities to deepen your own practice with unique and creative hands-on assists, as well as practice them on your fellow students.
