20-Hour Refresher Yoga Training: For Certified Yoga Instructors | In-Person | May 30-June 1
Course Description:
Embark on a transformative journey with Josee Jarratt, MSW, E-RYT 200, RYT 500, YACEP in this 20-hour Refresher Yoga Training Program designed for yoga instructors seeking to elevate their teaching practice. This comprehensive program delves into the profound philosophy of yoga, promises an immersive exploration of sequencing, refined cueing, and will boost your confidence as a teacher. You will elevate your classes with advanced pranayama and meditation techniques, and receive personalized one-on-one feedback from experienced instructors. Join us in this immersive experience, and emerge not only with a refreshed teaching style but a renewed sense of intent and confidence.
Prerequisite: 200 hour Yoga teacher training program (or equivalent) and a strong Yoga practice.

Key Course Components:
1. Review and Refinement of Teaching Methodologies: Dive deep into the core principles of effective yoga instruction, including class sequencing, alignment cues, breath work integration, and student engagement strategies.
2. Advanced Teaching Techniques: Explore innovative teaching methods and approaches to cater to diverse student needs and abilities, including modifications, variations, and hands-on adjustments.
3. Enhancing Verbal and Non-Verbal Communication: Hone your communication skills to deliver clear, concise, and impactful instructions, while also mastering the art of creating a supportive and inclusive class environment through body language and tone of voice.

The fine print:
All workshops and Yoga Teacher Training tuition fees include a non-refundable administration fee of $350. Tuition balance payment must be paid 30 days prior to training commencement.
Cancellation policy: Refunds for withdrawal from a workshop/training are granted in full, less the $350 fee, up to 45 days prior to the start of the training. Refunds are not offered 45 days prior to the start of the training, however you may attend a future training within the next year (12 months). Training fees will not be refunded for cancellations or withdrawal during training, and your payment is forfeited.
Tuition balance payment must be paid in full 30 days prior to training commencement. If the balance payment plan is not agreed upon by 30 days prior to training start, the held space will be released (cancelled) and deposit forfeited. If a minimum number of sign ups are not met for the training course and the course is postponed, paid tuition is offered as a credit towards the next training dates within a one year (12 month) grace period. Exceptions to our cancellation policy cannot be made for any reason. We do not offer credit for a student arriving late or leaving early to a training program, and if you miss any of the training you will be required to make it up prior to scheduled examinations.
Attendance in person is highly recommended! Any missed classes can be made up, missing more than two hours may result in a person having to pay for and book extra time with an instructor.
